BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
1 lb. of sausage, bacon or ham (cooked)
12 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
Salt and pepper
4 slices white bread cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook meat and drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
