BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 dozen eggs
6 slices bread, torn into pieces or seasoned bread crumbs or croutons
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown and crumble sausage, pour off grease. Grease 10"x15" pan and line bottom with bread pieces. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Add cheese. Top with milk and egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake 1 hour.
