BREAKFAST SOUFFLE | |
10 slices bread, cubed 1 lb. bacon or sausage, chopped & fried crisp 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated 6 lg. eggs 3 c. milk Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with Pam or butter. Layer cubed bread evenly into pan. Top with cooked meat and then cheese. Mix milk and eggs together and pour over ingredients already in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncovered. Serves 8. |
