PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Lightly sprinkle 6 pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a little hot fat. Place 1/2 cup of uncooked rice in casserole and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt. Place pork chops over rice and add 1 can beef consomme, undiluted, to which 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce has been added. Cover each chop with a thick slice of tomato, onion and green pepper ring, in that order. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until rice is fluffy.
