CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. chocolate
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar; blend in eggs one at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioner's sugar. Roll in sugar, shape into ball. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Note: If using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt.
