CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (2 oz.) melted
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix oil, melted chocolate and granulated sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt into mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioners' sugar. Roll in sugar; shape into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes about 3 dozen.
