CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken, boil in about 3 cups water with salt and pepper, onion and celery
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. oil

Remove bones from cooked chicken. Thicken as for gravy. Mix milk, egg, and oil; add dry ingredients. Have gravy and chicken hot, in casserole square. Pour batter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
