DIETER'S DELIGHT 
1. 2 boxes strawberry Jello
2. 1 container Cool Whip
3. 1 angel food cake
4. Fresh or frozen strawberries
5. Bundt cake pan

1. Follow directions on Jello box.

2. Tear angel food cake into small pieces and place in Bundt cake pan.

3. Place fresh strawberries on top.

4. Pour cooked Jello over cake and strawberries.

5. Press ingredients into Jello and refrigerate until firm. Approximately 1 hour.

6. Remove cake from pan - using warm water to release suction.

7. Place on plate upside down.

8. Cover entire gelatin cake with Cool Whip.

9. Garnish with strawberries.

Per slice - 90 calories. 3 fat grams - if used light Cool Whip.
