LEMON BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding, dry
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
1/8 c. poppy seeds, optional

Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes only. Place in greased floured bread pans (loaf). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
