PISTACHIO POPPY SEED BREAD/CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant pudding (pistachio, lemon or coconut)
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Beat 3 to 4 minutes. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees in a bundt pan or 4 small or 2 large loaf pans.
