POPPY SEED POUND CAKE | |
1 butter pecan cake mix 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 1 c. hot water 1/4 c. poppy seeds Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Blend at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. |
