POPPYSEED CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. liquid shortening
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant coconut cream or lemon pudding mix
4 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix together dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, cook 15 minutes. Drizzle with glaze made of confectioners sugar, lemon juice and melted butter.
