POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix, not butter mix
4 eggs
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Blend first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl, and beat for 4 minutes, scraping sides of bowl frequently. Add poppy seeds and mix just until they are blended through. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

If you bundt pan is Teflon-lined, cut down baking time by 10 minutes.
