CHOCOLATE CHIP, POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE | |
1 golden vanilla cake mix 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. sherry 1/3 c. water 4 eggs 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 pkg. poppy seeds 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream 1 pkg. mini chocolate chips (16 oz.) Mix together everything except chocolate chips. Beat together approximately 5 minutes until well blended. Grease and flour bundt pan, heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix half package of chips into blended mixture, pour into cake pan. Mix in rest of chips. Bake approximately 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes, invert onto plate. Sift confectioners' sugar over top. |
