CHILI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. cooked rice
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain. Add chili powder to taste. Add rice and beef broth. Pour into casserole, top with cheese and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
