CHILI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can chili
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 soup can water
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion

In oblong casserole dish sprayed with pan put chili, rice soup, water, onion and celery and stir. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Put grated cheese on top last few minutes. Serve with salad and garlic bread or makes a great hot dish for potluck dinners.
