EASY CHILI RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 c. English peas

Saute ground beef and onion in skillet. Add 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs. Place in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
