SOUR CREAM CHILI RICE 
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice, cooked
1/2 c. sour cream
1 sm. can Ortega green chilies, diced (don't add all at once)
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients. If you feel mixture needs more sour cream, add to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. (You add chilies as you feel you can stand them). Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour.
