CHILI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of tomato soup
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. English peas
1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers

Saute ground beef and onion in skillet. Add 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients except crackers. Place in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
