STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices of bread, crusts removed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 doz. eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup

Cube bread put half in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Cube cream cheese put on top of bread. Put remaining bread on top.

Beat together eggs, milk and maple syrup. Pour over casserole. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Next morning bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
