1/4 c. pine nuts
1 c. fresh basil leaves
2 cloves of peeled garlic
1/2 oz. parsley, fresh
1/4 c. olive oil
Pinch of salt

Blend all together in a chopper. Use over pasta. Can also add to minestrone soup, on sandwiches or over tomatoes.
