SWISS BREAD WEDGES 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. cubes Swiss cheese (about 5 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2-1 tsp. caraway seed or 1/4-1/2 tsp. celery seed

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease round pan, 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix baking mix, milk and egg; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Stir in cheese; spread in pan. Spoon butter evenly over top; sprinkle with caraway seed or celery seed. Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes in pan. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
