SEASONED ITALIAN BREAD 
1 loaf Italian bread
olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
wedge of Parmesan cheese

Slice loaf lengthwise. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Add generous amount of pepper over oil. Cover with a thin layer of cheese. Wrap in foil and heat for 30 minutes at 350°F. Serve with vegetable, lentil, or minestrone soup.
