OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Do not peel potatoes; cut each into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges with peel side down. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes; brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
