OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cut potatoes into 8 wedges each. Mix the rest of the ingredients into a paste. Arrange wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans. Brush paste over potatoes; bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Yield: 8 servings.
