OVEN - FRIED POTATOES 
5-6 med. potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika

Wash and pare potatoes. Cut into fourths and place in a single layer in a Pyrex baking dish. Pour melted butter over and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with plastic wrap and bake in microwave on high 5-7 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and bake in conventional oven at 400 degrees until browned. Turn potatoes several times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
