REFRESHING YOGURT COLESLAW 
4 c. cabbage, shredded fine
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. low sodium salt
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
2 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Chill cabbage. Combine remaining ingredients; cover and chill. Toss dressing and cabbage just before serving.
