SUMMERTIME MEATLOAVES 
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. French's Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. dry Carnation non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter

Lightly beat together eggs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and salt in large mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, dry non-fat dry milk, beef and onion; mix lightly. Shape into 6 oval loaves. Cook in butter in large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes. Combine remaining tomato sauce and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Turn meatloaves, brush with sauce and cook 5 minutes more, or until done. Heat remaining sauce and spoon over meatloaves. Serves 6.
