"BEST EVER" REFRIGERATOR MUFFINS 
2 c. boiling water
2 c. crushed shredded wheat
2 c. bran flakes
1 c. oil (liquid)
3 c. sugar
5 beaten eggs
2 c. oatmeal
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda

Pour water over shredded wheat and bran flakes. Cool to lukewarm. Do not stir. Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk and oatmeal. Add dry ingredients and stir only until blended. Add cooled cereal mixture. Mix and stir slightly. Store in refrigerator. Will keep 1 month. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
