GRANDMA'S TEA CAKES | |
3/4 c. softened butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix in flour. Knead in a little more flour, if needed to form stiff dough. Roll dough out thick and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned. |
