3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cream butter, oil and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs, beating until blended. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately dry mixture and bananas to sugar, eggs and butter. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool. Cut into squares. Yummy!
