FRUIT GLAZED CREAM - CHEESE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, added 1 at a time
1/2 c. lemon juice, beat in (use less lime juice)

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter in 12 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Press down. Mix filling and pour over crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center seems firm when shaken.

FRUIT GLAZE:

1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (10 oz.) pkg. or frozen strawberries or blueberries or 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple

Combine and boil for 1 minute. Pour over cake.
