COTTAGE CHEESE SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
6 c. potatoes, cooked, peeled & cubed (about 8 med.)
2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/4-1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix. Place in 2 quart covered dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. During last 10 minutes of cooking, remove cover and cover with shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
