BROCCOLI CHEESE SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, cooked & sliced 1/4" thick

In a 10 inch skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Cook onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients. heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer, 5 minutes or until hot. Serve.
