BROCCOLI - CHEESE SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can broccoli, cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 cooked, sliced potatoes

Cook the butter and onion together in a skillet. Add the soup, milk, and seasoning and heat. Then add the sliced potatoes. Sprinkle parsley over the top and serve.
