2 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 (12 oz.) bottle 7-Up
3 diced bananas
Miniature marshmallows
2 c. boiling water
1 can drained, crushed pineapple (save pineapple juice)

Mix boiling water and Jello, then add 7-Up, bananas and crushed pineapple. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and top with marshmallows.

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
A little lemon for flavor
2 tbsp. plain flour
1 egg yolk or 2 if sm. eggs

Cook in double boiler until thick or can be cooked over low heat on stove but stir constantly. Cool; combine with 1 package of prepared Dream Whip and spread over top of salad. Salad should sit until firm before topping.
