VEGETABLE, BEEF STUFF 
2 tbsp. butter
2 carrots
1 lb. ground beef
2 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper

Heat electric skillet to 200 degrees. Put in butter, then potatoes, sliced. Add onions and carrots, sliced thin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble beef over vegetables. Spread cream of chicken over meat. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, cook 40 minutes.
