MEXICAN 7 - LAYER DIP 
1 can Frito Lay bean dip or refried beans
2 ripe avocado
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 med. tomato
1 (8 oz.) can olives
1 bunch scallions
8 oz. grated yellow cheese (cheddar or Monterey jack)
1 bag Nacho chips

In a 9 inch pie plate (glass) layer the above ingredients in the following order.

Layer 1 - Bean dip, spread over bottom of dish.

Layer 2 - Mash ripened avocado into consistency of guacamole. Spread evenly over bean dip.

Layer 3 - Mix sour cream and taco seasoning thoroughly. Spread evenly over avocado layer.

Layer 4 - Chop tomato into 1/4 inch pieces. Sprinkle over sour cream layer.

Layer 5 - Chop olives, sprinkle evenly over sour cream.

Layer 6 - Chop scallions and sprinkle over sour cream.

Layer 7 - Sprinkle yellow cheese. Refrigerate until serving with nacho chips. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serves party of 8 to 10.
