“LAYERED MEXICAN DIP” IS IN:

LAYERED MEXICAN DIP 
1 lg. round casserole dish
2 lg. cans refried beans, spicy
1 lb. cooked beef
2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped black olives
1 c. picante sauce
1 lg. container sour cream
1 c. green onion or chives, minced
2 c. guacamole
1 bag tortilla chips

Put 1 can of refried beans on bottom of baking dish. Spread ground beef and picanté sauce. Mix for next layer.

Put 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top of meat, another layer of beans. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

After baking, spread a layer of guacamole and a layer of sour cream. Sprinkle with green onions or chives, olives, tomatoes and remaining cheese.

Arrange the tortilla chips around the sides of the casserole.
