LUCILLE'S TALERINE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 sm. jar pimientos, drained
18 oz. wide egg noodles (1 1/2 12-oz. bags) prepared by pkg. directions
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, then add onion and garlic. Let cook about 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, olives, corn and pimientos. Simmer 10 more minutes. Add 1/4 of the cheese to the tomato mixture.

Mix about 1/4 of this mixture with cooked noodles. Put noodles into a 9x13 inch pan. Pour rest of tomato mixture over top of noodles. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
