PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
1 regular size yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c. for topping)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg

Mix ingredients together and press into bottom of 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

3 c. (or 1 lb. 14 oz. can) pumpkin
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine and pour over crust.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 c. reserved cake mix

Mix together and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with dollop of whipped cream.
