CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. hot water
1 tbsp. melted shortening
1/2 c. cut up cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured bread pan.
