QUICK CRANBERRY - ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. hot water
1 c. raw cranberries, whole
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. orange rind

Sift together dry ingredients into bowl. Add beaten egg and rest of ingredients.

Bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until done at 325 degrees. Makes 1 big loaf.
