CRANBERRY - ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg, beaten

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir in cranberries, walnuts, and orange peel.

In medium bowl combine egg, orange juice, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moist.

Spoon into a greased and floured 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Serves 12.
