SAUTEED CABBAGE AND PEAS 
2 tbsp. butter
Half head cabbage, Small, finely sliced or shredded (2 1/2 c.)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen petite peas
Nutmeg and freshly ground white pepper to taste

In large skillet, melt butter. Add cabbage and saute until slightly wilted, 3 minutes. Add peas, nutmeg and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring until heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 4. Serve with porkchops, etc.
