QUICK AND EASY HAM AND CHEESE
QUICHE
 
2 unbaked pie shells
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. half and half
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham
4 eggs
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste

Mix half and half, whipping cream, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Divide ham and cheese and put in the bottom of both pie shells. Divide egg mixture and pour over ham and cheese. Put both pies in 375°F preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Cut and serve.
