SWISS CHEESE AND HAM QUICHE 
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
6 eggs
2 c. half & half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 c. ham, chopped
2 frozen pie crusts

Place cheese and ham in the bottom of 2 frozen pie crusts. Then beat eggs and everything else. Pour mixture on top of the cheese and ham. Cover edges of crust with foil. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Then 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees. Variation: 2 cups cooked broccoli can be substituted for the ham.
