MIXED VEGETABLES CASSEROLE 
1 can of mixed vegetables, medium size
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated American cheese

Make a sauce by adding butter, flour and salt. Add cheese and cook over slow heat until melted. Pour off liquid from can of vegetables and place in casserole dish. Pour sauce over vegetables and bake 40 minutes in 375°F oven.

For frozen vegetables cook in salted water for 15 minutes and use the liquid to make sauce.
