BLUEBERRY TOP - HATS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar for top

Cream butter and sugar well; add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add dry ingredients alternate with milk to blend. Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and stir in. Stir in remaining blueberries. Grease the whole muffin pan. Pile high 12 muffins. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool 30 minutes.
