BLUEBERRY TOP HATS | |
2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. melted butter 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 2 c. blueberries Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs and milk. Blend together. Add blueberries. Grease entire muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
